Hi, I'm Flare! I'm about 6 years old and weigh 30 pounds.

Do you like...

Dogs? I've been shy meeting new dogs at the shelter. Please bring any dogs in the home to meet me.

Cats? Unknown. With slow, supervised intros I may be able to live in a home with cats.

Kids? I have been very shy and timid here in the shelter and want to start with kids who can respect my space. (10+)

Anything else you'd like us to know, Flare? I have been very nervous here and need someone to be willing to go slow with me and slowly let me come out of my shell at my own pace.

I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption.

It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption.

My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!

ADOPTION INFORMATION: If you live in the city of Eugene or in Lane County you will be purchasing a dog license in addition to the adoption fee. You will get to choose between a one year, two year, or three year license.
