Dogs? I came in with another dog. Please bring any dogs in the home to meet me!
Cats? I have lived with an indoor cat before and done well. Slow and supervised introductions would help set me up for success.
Kids? I have lived with children before, but can be snappy if my boundaries are pushed. I'd like to start out meeting kids who can be respectful of my space. 10+
Anything else you'd like us to know, Mater? I'm an older fella who still has a zest for life looking for my retirement home!
